Mark your calendars! It’s March and it will soon be time to start plowing. This year’s event is planned for Saturday, March 22 starting 9 am on the corner of Machipongo Drive and Lankford Highway in Machipongo, VA. This year there will be hayrides out to the field so that plowing can be seen up close.

Eastville Volunteer Fire Co. will be selling food and drinks at the event and all proceeds from those sales will benefit the fire company.

Come see how farming used to be! Free to the public, but due to insurance requirements, participants with equipment must be paid Peninsula Tractor Organization for 2025. Rain date will be March 29.
