Cecil Ashby –

Born April 7, 1952 in Belle Haven, VA, the fourth child of Samuel B. and Mabel S. Ashby of Belle Haven, VA.

Attended Belle Haven Elementary School 1958-1964, then Central High School 1964 until graduation in 1970.

Started working at Delmarva Power & Light in the spring of 1971; employed there in various positions until retiring in 2007 after thirty-six years.

Following retirement I started a small bushhog mowing business which I operated until second retirement at the end of 2022.

Married to Brenda T. Ashby and have one son, Jeff, who lives in Fayetteville, NC with his wife and two sons.
